Walton Comer
Chairman/CEO & Co-founder
Walton Comer is the founder and CEO of Mace Ai. He provides intellectual leadership for the company’s research and development efforts. Walton is also the largest shareholder in and non-executive chairman of Roundtable Media (NASDAQ: RTB). Roundtable is the world’s only AI/DeFi-powered enterprise media platform, integrating distribution, publishing, monetization, community, syndication, and DeFi payment operations.
He was also a co-founder and chief investment officer of XBTO Group, one of the largest crypto proprietary trading firms. XBTO was the founding investor in Deribit, which was recently sold to Coinbase for $3 billion. In addition, XBTO was proud jersey sponsor for Inter Miami.
Walton’s extensive experience in quantitative finance includes serving as director of research at Thornhill Partners, a quantitative analyst at SAC Capital, and a co-founder and board member of Lucid, a research technology company that was sold to a major Swedish technology company in a transaction valued at more than $1 billion. Walton holds graduate degrees in engineering and mathematics from Columbia University.
Greg Frank
Chief Scientist & Co-founder
Electrical engineer with experience spanning safety-critical systems, Microsoft, and quantitative trading, where he built ML systems trading up to $3.5B daily. He leads Mace Ai’s alignment and mechanistic interpretability research and architected Fisher’s evolutionary vulnerability discovery pipeline. Graduate of the University of Cape Town and Harvard University.
Thomson Comer
CTO & Co-founder
Previously at NVIDIA, Thomson builds the software infrastructure for secure, compliant, and accountable enterprise AI agents. His work focuses on making agents first-class participants in business operations through controlled authority, delegation, and automation. Holds an M.S. in Artificial Intelligence from Colorado State University.
Joe Haggenmiller
President
Founder and CEO of two successful quant trading companies. Started his career trading and structuring equity derivatives on Wall Street. Brings technical and management expertise to Mace Ai's client execution and commercial businesses. Graduate of Macalester College and Harvard University, and has completed the London School of Economics General Course Programme.
Anna Kelly
Chief of Staff
Previously VP of Regulatory Affairs at Power TakeOff, acquired by Lime Rock New Energy. Anna founded the Strategic Energy Management Collaborative and develops AI adoption strategies for the energy sector. She is the author of Good Work (Springer) and an Association of Energy Engineers award winner. At Mace Ai, she leads new initiatives from concept to handoff and drives company priorities.
Rebekah Keida
Head of Marketing
Previously Director of Marketing at XBTO, co-founded a successful marketing agency and a social trading platform, with earlier roles across venture capital and real estate. Brings category positioning and go-to-market expertise to Mace Ai's commercial growth.
